This Privacy Policy explains how Swiftnest s.r.o. ("Swiftnest", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with our website at swiftnest.ai and all iOS applications we publish under our name on the Apple App Store.

1. Data we collect on this website

Our website is intentionally minimal. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, session recording, or any third-party scripts for tracking. We load fonts from a privacy- friendly Google Fonts mirror (Bunny Fonts) that does not log IP addresses or set cookies.

The only personal data we receive from the website is what you choose to send us in an email when you click a contact link.

2. Data we collect in our apps

Each iOS application we publish under the Swiftnest name has its own data-collection profile, disclosed in detail on its App Store product page (the "Privacy Nutrition Label") and summarized in the per-app section of this Privacy Policy as apps come online.

As of the date above, we have not yet published any apps. This section will be updated when our first app submits to the App Store.

3. Third-party services

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising. Limited operational sharing may occur with: our hosting provider (for serving this website), our email provider (for delivering inquiries to us), and Apple (as required for distribution of iOS applications).
