Each iOS app we publish links to this page from its App Store listing. If you're reporting a bug or asking a question about a specific Swiftnest app, please include the app's name in your email so we can route it correctly.

Active engagements use a dedicated communication channel agreed in your engagement letter — please use that channel first, not this address.
Response time
We reply to all support email within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, Central European Time). For App Store-related urgent issues (e.g., a live bug affecting users), please mark the subject line "[URGENT]" and we'll prioritize.
